6. DATA RETENTION

We retain contact form submissions and project-related communications for as long as necessary to complete your project and for a reasonable period thereafter (typically 3–5 years), in order to honor our 4-year workmanship warranty and comply with California contractor record-keeping requirements.

Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months and is aggregated and anonymized. Microsoft Clarity session data is retained per Microsoft's standard retention periods. Google Ads and Meta Pixel conversion data are retained per their respective standard retention periods.

7. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. These include password-protected accounts, encrypted email transmission where available, and limiting access to contact data to our small team.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
