Note on Deliveries: Our complimentary delivery covers standard pickup-truck loads from local suppliers (Home Depot, Floor & Decor, etc.). For oversized or bulk orders requiring third-party freight or specialized equipment, we handle the coordination for free, while the vendor's delivery fee remains the homeowner's responsibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a previous client? No. Whether you are a past client, a neighbor, or a local pro—anyone can refer. We value strong relationships with local professionals and neighbors.

How is my reward amount calculated? Rewards are tiered based on the size of the project. Smaller cosmetic updates earn smaller rewards; large remodels (like full kitchens or additions) earn the maximum $500.

When do I get paid? We value speed. We issue rewards within 5 business days after the project is completed and we have received the final payment.

Is this taxable? Many of our referrers choose Project Credits or Visa Gift Cards to keep things simple.

• Project Credits: Generally treated as a discount on your own work (not income).

• Cash/Checks/Zelle: If you earn over $600 in cash/check rewards in a calendar year, federal law requires us to request a W-9 and issue a 1099 form. (Disclaimer: We are contractors, not accountants. Please consult your tax professional regarding how to report rewards.)

Program Terms (The Fine Print)

• New Clients Only: Referral must be a new customer to Vitality Remodeling.

• One Referrer Per Project: First code received is the one honored.

• Location: Project must be within our active Bay Area service zones.

• Timing: Rewards are paid only after project completion and final payment.

• Right to Modify: We reserve the right to update the program for future referrals, but active referrals will always be honored.
